Feature Suggestion: Refresh user list after score is entered

The user list shows a “tournament entered” text with the enter tournament link disabled when a user’s score has already been entered. This prevents the admin from entering a user’s score twice.

But the link is still active after closing the score entry modal window, requiring a refresh. It would be good to add a page refresh on the user list when the score entry is complete.
